- Please note that the cross over style is a smaller fit and we suggest ordering the next size up if you want this style
- Shipping & Delivery
- Products will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment
- Privacy & Security
- At no time will STAT Scrubs give your information and details to a third party unless with your express permission. See conditions surrounding payments made via Pay Pal and Secure Pay.
- Returns & Replacements
- Should you have the wrong size or colour, get in touch and send it back in the condition you receipt it and we will swap it for you. Likewise if you have any faulty products do let us know and we will replace as required.
- Ordering
- Ordering is easy online but do feel free to do it over the phone if that is easier for you
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- To make it easy most of our scrubs are sold in sets and for a set price which you will have realised by now is much cheaper than others on the market but we are happy to say is not at the detriment to the product quality.
- Viewing Orders
- Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email and have the ability to login and track the progress of your order.
- Updating Account Information
- We know things change so feel free to login and update your account information at any stage. If you have forgotten your login details it's not a problem just give us a call to re-set them.
- Credit Terms
- All customers requesting credit terms will be subject to credit checks as per our terms and conditions.
